Jet Aviation Dubai has re-delivered its first Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) & Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast Out (ADS-B Out) upgrade on a Gulfstream G550 for an undisclosed customer in the region.

Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) & Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast Out (ADS-B Out) are advanced avionics systems that offer improved communications between air traffic control and the aircraft.

Wajahat Ali Khan, director of Safety & Maintenance at Jet Aviation Dubai, says: “This particular upgrade was technologically challenging and logistically complicated. I am very pleased to note that our team of qualified technicians worked tirelessly to re-deliver the aircraft on schedule.”
