HondaJet starts world tour

Julian and Kim MacQueen are beginning a global tour on 4 August, using a HondaJet in a modern spin on the classic story of “Around the World in 80 Days.”

The MacQueens will fly their HondaJet to up to 26 countries as part of the tour, which they have entitled “Around the World in 80 Stays.”

As leaders in the hospitality industry, they will use the tour to visit hotels in various cultures, as part of research for their business. The HondaJet will also be used for static showings and possible demo flights for potential customers.

This is the first around-the-world flight for HondaJet, presenting an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the aircraft’s capability and performance in different countries.

“I am very excited that our esteemed customers decided to use the HondaJet for their world tour. I hope many people around the world will see the HondaJet in person and to see its high performance, quality and reliability.”

Michimasa Fujino, president and CEO of HondaJet, said: “I am very excited that our esteemed customers decided to use the HondaJet for their world tour. I hope many people around the world will see the HondaJet in person and to see its high performance, quality and reliability.”

Julian MacQueen added: “We are very much looking forward to meeting lots of interesting people, and learning about hotel service cultures and design in every country we visit to bring back to our hotel company. We selected HondaJet for this world tour based on its trustworthiness, user-friendliness and comfort.”

The world tour begins on 4 August at Pensacola International Airport in Florida, and will conclude when the couple returns to the US in the middle of October.
