Duncan Aviation to host Honeywell JetWave demo tour at Battle Creek facility
Lincoln, NEB — This May, Duncan Aviation will welcome Honeywell Aerospace’s Falcon 7X to the W.K. Kellogg Airport in Battle Creek, Michigan, for a demonstration of Honeywell’s JetWave hardware system, which allows customers who fly globally to connect to Inmarsat’s high-speed broadband service, Jet ConneX.
Aircraft operators interested in the JetWave system can schedule an in-aircraft demonstration on May 14 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Eastern at the full-service Duncan Aviation facility located at Battle Creek. As part of the demonstration, attendees will be able to test streaming and video conferencing and learn more about the system hardware, routers, service plans and installation. Technical experts will also be on-hand for short technical sessions about connectivity as well as Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) Out solutions and options. Lunch and tours of Duncan Aviation will also be provided.
Duncan Aviation has recently installed several of these systems and seen a lot of customer interest in this connectivity solution, which provides worldwide Internet connectivity. Duncan Aviation Avionics Installation Techs have installed or are scheduled to install JetWave in the following makes and models:
- Bombardier Global Express
- Dassault Falcon 2000EX
- Dassault Falcon 7X
- Gulfstream G550
- Gulfstream GIV
In addition, Honeywell’s JetWave demo tour will make a stop at Duncan Aviation’s Houston Satellite from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Central on May 10.
