Gogo Business Aviation has announced two new deals at this week’s NBAA-BACE.

Dassault Aviation has selected Gogo’s inflight connectivity technology Gogo Avance L5 as a factory option on new production Falcon 2000S, 2000LXS, 900LX, 5X, 7X and 8X aircraft. It aims to deliver the first such equipped jet later this year.

And Embraer has selected the technology for its Legacy 450 and 500 jets. It is currently certifying the system and plans to start delivering equipped aircraft during the first quarter of 2018.

Gogo AVANCE L5 operates on the Gogo Biz 4G network, enabling users to stream video and audio, watch on-demand films, use smartphones, and access real-time data. Created specifically for business aviation, the network is built on Gogo’s existing ground network of more than 250 towers and fibre backhaul; it covers the lower 48 states of the US and areas of Canada and Alaska.
