Cordier expands StepZero Coaching offering

Aviation consultant Dustin Cordier has added two key pillars to his StepZero Coaching to advise business owners on strategy, execution and sales coaching.  

Cordier has become a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer to guide clients “in creating more valuable companies with stronger plans for growth and exit” and “help align personal, financial and business goals”.

“At StepZero Coaching we recognize that every business is personal, and our mission is to help owners optimise their unique vision,” said Cordier.

The American founded StepZero in 2021 after a lengthy career in aviation, first as a pilot with the US Air Force Academy before sales and leadership roles in the business aircraft sector.
