Bombardier has delivered the 100th Global 5000 executive jet.

The company held a ceremony at the Bombardier Completion Centre at Dorval in Canada with the aircraft handed over to Heritage Aviation, a Vermont corporation.

“Our new Global 5000 jet offers the perfect combination of comfort, speed and range to satisfy the requirements of our expanding business,” said Christopher Hill, president, Heritage Aviation. “We are very pleased with our decision to purchase this extraordinary business jet and to participate in this celebration with Bombardier.”

Located at the Burlington International Airport, Heritage Aviation provides FBO, charter, aircraft management and amaintenance. The new Global 5000 jet joins a Challenger 604, along with eight other aircraft in the fleet. Heritage is also certified for airframe maintenance on Challenger 604, Global Express XRS and Global 5000 jets.

“We are proud that Heritage, an aviation company that highly values the environment, has selected the Global 5000 jet for their fleet,” said Steve Ridolfi, president, Bombardier Business Aircraft.
