Colin Jowers, formerly of Royal Bank of Scotland, has joined Air Partner as the global director of business technology, where he will be based in the UK.

Jowers’ immediate focus at Air Partner will be driving the roll-out of Air Partner’s new customer relationship management system.

Until recently, Jowers was global chief operating officer of Royal Bank of Scotland’s global banking and markets research and strategy division. Prior to RBS, he served as COO of Dresdner Kleinwort’s capital markets research business.
