Osprey Flight Solutions appoints Richard Walker as business development director

Richard Walker has joined as Osprey Flight Solutions as its new business development director.

Osprey Flight Solutions is a new company that specialises in airspace risk assessment. The company’s risk database currently holds data on 22 different risk categories, including Missile Launch, Laser attacks, GPS interference, Airport Attacks and UAV Events.

In his new role, Walker will oversee all sales processes, as well as building the Osprey brand.


“We are thrilled to welcome Richard on board. With his diverse experience across business and commercial aviation as well as flight planning, we believe he will prove a great asset to the team.” said Bruce Norfolk, CCO, Osprey Flight Solutions.

Previous to joining Osprey, Walker worked for a UK-based HondaJet dealership, where he was responsible for building up a strong sales pipeline in his territory.

“I’m excited to be part of an innovative start-up which is using cutting edge technology to offer the aviation industry an in-flight security and risk assessment solution that’s different to anything being used in the market today,” said Walker. “I’m looking forward to leveraging the contacts I’ve acquired during my career so far to really take the company forward.”
