Michael Amalfitano is the President and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets, leading the company’s global business with annual revenues of $1.5 billion and a fleet of more than 1,400 aircraft with over 850 customers worldwide. A long-standing industry veteran, Amalfitano brings 40+ years of experience in executive leadership, global originations, product portfolio management, strategic planning, marketing, communications, aircraft valuation, asset management and lease/finance structural analysis for the business aviation industry.
Prior to joining Embraer, Amalfitano served as Executive Vice President, Senior Managing Director of Business Aviation at Stonebriar Commercial Finance. He also led as Managing Director and Executive Head of Global Corporate Aircraft Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for more than 22 years, following a decade-long tenure in sales management at GE Capital.
For the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA), Amalfitano chairs the Communications Committee and serves on their Finance, Investment and Strategic Committees. He is actively engaged with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and serves as Vice Chair of their Advisory Council, as well as a member of their Leadership Council and Joint Task Force Committee. In addition, Amalfitano is a member of the board of directors for the International Aircraft Dealers Association (f/k/a the National Aircraft Resale Association), serving on their Marketing Committee, and is an active member of the European Business Aviation Association.
Past associations include the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, the National Aircraft Finance Association and Helicopter Association International. Amalfitano also holds the distinction of being the former two-term President of the National Aircraft Finance Association and of being the former Chairman of the Associate Members Advisory Council for the International Aircraft Dealers Association.
Amalfitano graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a master’s in Financial Management from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He has written numerous articles for aviation industry publications and is an active speaker and panelist at business aviation seminars and finance conferences throughout the industry.
Founder and CEO of Avantto, Brazilian leading company in private air mobility, specialized in fractional ownership and aircraft management. Started his career as a management consultant for Accenture and later, before joining Avantto, worked as CFO and CEO for HeliSolutions, pioneer company in helicopter fractional ownership in Brazil. He is also a board member for ABAG – Brazilian Aviation Association for General Aviation. Mr. Andrade is graduated in Civil Engineering for the University of São Paulo and has an MBA in Finance for Insper Institute.
Chad Anderson joined Jetcraft in 2005 and was named President in 2010. In his current role, Chad is responsible for leading the companys overall global operations and strategy, with specialties in transaction structuring, aviation finance and tax. Prior to Jetcraft, Chad was the national asset manager and business development officer in the corporate aircraft finance division of Bank of America Leasing (formerly Fleet Capital Corporation). He directed all aircraft asset marketing, operation, support, and management functions with special focus on finance, industry intelligence and market research. He also held positions at Regent Aviation and Cessna Finance Corporation, and was an aviation underwriter for American Eagle Insurance Company.

Before founding FlyEasy, Shaan was the Project Manager for Bombardier Business Aircraft appointed to lead the $6.7 billion order from NetJets for 120 Global 5000 & 6000 aircraft. Kirsten Bartok Touw is the managing partner of AirFinance, a firm that specializes structured finance, leasing and the financing of aircraft and aerospace assets, with emphasis on emerging markets. AirFinance’s core business is as an originator and servicer of aerospace structured financings backed by government Export Credit Agencies. To date the firm has originated more than $1 billion in aircraft financing and working capital loans.
Kirsten is also an active venture investor, with emphasis on advanced air mobility and the enabling technologies and technology infrastructure required for unmanned air vehicles (UAVs/drones) and vertical take-off and landing vehicles (VTOLs). Most recently, she has focused on building up AirFinance’s venture platform, AirFinance ventures.
Prior to founding AirFinance, Kirsten was Vice President, Strategy, Structured Finance & Corporate Development at Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC), the manufacturer of business, special-mission and military trainer aircraft. There she led the company’s expansion into Asia, joint ventures and strategic sourcing relationships, as well as M&A and strategic partnerships.
Before AirFinance, Kirsten was a co-founder, board member and CFO of XOJET, a US based next generation fleet operator sold to VistaJet and prior to the sale was the third largest US business jet fleet operator.
Prior XOJET, Kirsten spent the prior 12+ years in venture capital and early stage private equity. Most recently, Kirsten was a partner at Alpine Investors, a small cap growth private equity firm, where she led investments in the transportation, software, services, gaming and business process outsourcing. Prior to that she worked for Hambrecht & Quist’s venture fund where she focused on software and internet investments, eventually the fund was acquired by JPMorgan Partners/Chase Capital Partners. Kirsten began her career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., in investment banking and fixed income capital markets.

Denis joined Citi in 2014 and since them, he has been developing the lending business in Brazil. Initially as a Transactor, and later as Team Leader.
Within this capacity, he led the efforts on reshaping the Brazilian portfolio, pivoting it from mostly margin finance to a truly structured lending-led business.
Denis has 18 years of banking experience, with expertise in credit, debt capital markets, corporate finance, and private equity.
He spent most of his earlier career at Credit Suisse, where among others, he participated in the portfolio management of their private equity funds in Brazil.

In 2009, Mr. Sherbacow co-founded AltAir Fuels for the refining and marketing of low carbon renewable fuels. The Company’s Paramount, CA facility is the world’s first refinery designed to produce SAF. Mr. Sherbacow was responsible for identifying strategic industry partners and equity investors in addition to negotiating contracts for the refinery JV, technology licensing, engineering and construction.
Commissioned in January 2016, AltAir Paramount converted a petroleum refinery to the production of SAF, renewable diesel, naphtha and propane. Mr. Sherbacow negotiated the aviation industry’s first commercial contracts for SAF with United Airlines and World Fuel Services.
