August 29, 2018 – Western LLC, a real estate development and design-build firm specialising in the aviation industry, has announced its latest aviation development at the San Antonio International Airport.

The 8.87-acre parcel is a redevelopment of the “Hawker Beechcraft” site located off of John Cape Road and features seven hangars ranging in size from 12,000 sq ft to over 15,000 sq ft, 28 ft tall doors, and attached offices on several units. The development is scheduled to break ground in autumn 2018 with completion expected within 12 months.
