VOO showcases charter marketplace at MEBAA
VOO has brought its digital B2B marketplace for booking charter flights VOO Flights to the 10th edition of MEBAA taking place in Dubai this week.
Visitors to booth 410 at The Middle East & North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) 2024 can explore VOO’s solution for business aviation, including its new API connection and a global distribution system (GDS) for business aviation, developed in collaboration with Insignia.
Robert Plhak, CEO of VOO Flights said: “Since our launch in 2022, we have onboarded operators and continuously expanded the VOO portfolio for our charter brokers. The next logical step as a digital solution is to make our system accessible for the first time to all “tech brokers”, B2C platforms and digital end-customer solutions and offer this data in an automated form.
“I am grateful for the excellent cooperation with Engin and the developers at Insignia. This transition takes us from a simple B2B booking platform to the first GDS for business aviation, which changes everything. This is a very important step, but only one of many to come in the further development of VOO, as we aim to streamline not only the booking process but all processes in the charter business.”
The new generic interface from VOO Flights changes the workflow, giving users access to a wide range of charter aircraft options. With the VOO Flights API, users can integrate their own mobile app or website with the VOO Flights system.
All customer requests are automatically transferred to the broker’s VOO Flights CRM system. From there, clients’ requests can be processed, and with just a few clicks, brokers can coordinate all flight details with operators on VOO Flights and close contracts.
