VistaJet has announced an order for twelve Global and Challenger aircraft
VistaJet has announced that it has placed an order for twelve Bombardier Global and Challenger type aircraft. The order was made after the company made a key decision to expand business in the BRINC countries and other developing markets around the world. VistaJet has now a backlog of Bombardier aircraft valued at US$1.3 billion, this new order for twelve aircraft and a further order for six Learjet 60NG aircraft. Deliveries should start in 2012.

To serve rapidly growing demand, from some of the world’s leading business and corporate players, we are building one of the world’s largest fleets of state-of-the-art long-range aircraft.”
“We are rapodly establishing a reputaion in our markets as the preferred ‘carrier of choice’ not least because we have in our Bombardier fleet what is widely recognised as the ‘aircraft of choice allowing our passengers to fly medium or long haul routes in a level of comfort that they demand.”
Steve Ridolfi, president of Bombardier Business Aircraft, said:” We are delighted that VistaJet have again chosen to grow their fleet with Bombardier jets. This is a significant order for both our companies. VistaJet are trail blazers in developing new markets whee our aircraft are ideally suited to meet the demanding needs of both carrier and passenger alike. Our business jets are designed, built and equipped to provide the ultimate in comfort and productivity for passengers who fly them and are backed by a worldwide service and support network to snsure that operators and passengers alike benefit from reliability that is second to none. It’s a true testament to our products and people that VistaJet, an industry leader charter and luxury aviation, continues its global expansion with an all Bombardier fleet.”
Commenting further, Flohr said. “The new aircraft order represents another milestone in VistaJet’s development and we are proud to be able to commit to delivery of the new fleet within a short period, starting in 2012.
“VistaJet had a successful year in 2010, the result of our strategy to provide innovative and tailored solutions, centred on our passengers actual requirements, rather than a perceived desire for abstract ownership, and by focusing on fast growth economies in Africa, the Middle East, Russia, CIS and Asia wher our outstanding levels of customer service are in high demand. Also, the simpilicty of our business model has been a major contributor to our success.”
