Swiss-based Vertis Aviation, part of 28 East Group, has added an Airbus A319 Corporate Jet and a Bombardier Global XRS to its charter fleet based in Moscow. Both aircraft are operated by K5 Aviation and available for charter through Vertis Aviation AG from August 2013.
The 2012 Airbus which is configured with 19 seats recently won the award for ‘Best Private Jet Design’ at the 2013 International Yacht and Aviation Awards.
The 2010 Bombardier Global XRS features a classically designed, spacious interior with 12 seats in a standard double club configuration.
Both of the privately owned jets will be operated by one of Vertis’ existing operating partners, Germany-headquartered K5-Aviation GmbH. The operator offers aircraft management and charter services with a focus on Airbus and Bombardier long-range aircraft. The two new aircraft will join its existing Airbus A319 Corporate Jet and a Bombardier Global Express supporting its mission to operate a small number of aircraft types.
“Vertis is known as a provider of luxury jet charter for a predominantly leisure charter market so the addition of these two long range, stylish aircraft are a welcome addition to our portfolio. We anticipate that they will be very busy through the summer season and look forward to offering them to our select client base,” said Jeffrey Emmenis partner at Vertis Aviation.
The two additional aircraft will join the long range charter fleet which Vertis markets exclusively on behalf of its operating partners and features an existing Airbus A319 Corporate Jet, a Bombardier Global Express, Dassault Falcon 7X and a Global XRS.
