The CJI Interview – Brian Proctor, the Mente Group

CJI caught up with Brian Proctor of the Mente Group during NBAA-BACE 2017, and asked him some questions about the current state of the market.

Proctor starts the interview by saying that the pre-owned market in 2017 has been exceptional, noting that all the brokers that Mente work with have been very, very busy.

Later we ask if the “Trump Bump” is over and, finally, we ask Proctor for his advice for first-time buyers.
