Textron Aviation expands King Air servicing

50 years of King Air celebration flypast at Beech Field in Wichita, Kansas
Textron Aviation’s company-owned service centers in Sacramento, California, Mesa, Arizona and Paris, France has gained certification for Beechcraft King Air 90, 200 and 300 series aircraft for service and repair.
Brad Thress, senior vice president, customer service, said: “The combination of Beechcraft, Cessna, and Hawker under the Textron Aviation umbrella continues to pay dividends to our customers, this time with the expansion of company-owned King Air services for our operators in both the Western US and Europe.”
“Throughout 2015, we’ll continue our Beechcraft and Hawker service expansion across our global, company-owned service network,” Thress added.
The Sacramento and Mesa facilities are the first Citation service centers in North America to gain FAA authorisation for Beechcraft King Air service, opening up factory service options to King Air operators.
The added King Air service capability at the company’s Paris facility comes shortly after the opening of Textron Aviation’s larger service center at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. Textron Aviation also operates two additional European company-owned service centers in Dusseldorf and Zurich with full-service capability for most Beechcraft, Cessna and Hawker aircraft.
Textron Aviation has a world-wide network of service centers, including 21 company owned facilities.
