Stevens & Bolton create aviation practice
Stevens & Bolton, a UK law firm, has created an aviation practice by hiring two lawyers from ASB Law.
Richard Mumford, a specialist aviation litigator, is the head of the new aviation team. The other new hire is Daniel James a senior associate.
“We are delighted to announce our entry into this important new practice area,” said Ken Woffenden, Managing Partner of Stevens & Bolton. “The aviation market is highly specialist and international. Richard and Daniel are a first class team who have worked closely together for many years and are well known in this sector. We are looking forward to developing a major aviation practice in the coming years.”
Mumford specialises in disputes especially cross-border litigation and debt and asset recovery.
“Daniel and I are very excited about building on our existing aviation experience and fusing that with the tremendous full service legal practice at Stevens & Bolton, to create a truly special aviation service,” said Mumford.
The firm is based in the south east of England, between Farnborough, Gatwick, London Biggin Hill and Heathrow airports.
