StandardAero Business Aviation completes EASy II upgrade
Company has completed first two EASy II avionics upgrade on Falcon 900 series aircraft

Aviation announced that it has successfully completed its first two Dassault
EASy II Avionics flight deck upgrades on the Dassault Falcon 900EX/DX/LX series
aircraft.
This first installation of
the EASy II Avionics upgrade by StandardAero was completed at the company’s Augusta facility. The
second was completed at StandardAero’s completions center in Springfield. Additional installations are
scheduled for Springfield, along with installation
capabilities at its Los Angeles and Houston service centres.
“These installations mark
the first of several EASy II upgrades currently in progress or scheduled to be
completed in the first half of 2012,” said Jeremy Thomas, avionics product director,
StandardAero Business Aviation. “As business aviation continues to recover,
we’re seeing increased interest in upgrades like Honeywell’s EASy II flight
deck upgrade.”
“In addition to its robust
set of features, installing EASy II increases the overall value of the
aircraft,” concluded Thomas.
