SRC Aviation become first IS-BAH certified FBO

India’s SRC Aviation has become the first fixed base operator (FBO) to receive IS-BAH (International Standard of Business Aviation Handling) certification.

Introduced mid-way through 2014 as a joint initiative by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA), IS-BAH is a is a voluntary, performance-based program that aims to introduce a common safety standard for business aviation handlers.

The first IS-BAH certificate was presented to Brig. M.K. Idnani, CEO of SRC Aviation in person by IBACs director general Kurt Edwards.

“We are delighted that SRC Aviation has adopted the IS-BAH code of best practice. They have made a clear commitment to employing industry best practices and demonstrating to customers their leadership in safety management and risk mitigation,” said Edwards.
