Morgan, a 45 year industry veteran, takes over from Sino Jet founder Jenny Lau, who will remain with the company in a strategic planning and business development capacity.
Starting his career in the Royal Australian Air Force flying helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft, Morgan eventually took on the role of captain on the then VIP fleet of Dassault Falcon 900s.
Following his departure from the air force Morgan joined Flight Training Adelaide, where he eventually took on the role of CEO. His last role before joining Sino Jet saw Morgan return to his rotary routes, serving as aviation manager for helicopter operator Sampoerna Indonesia, in a role that also saw him flying as captain on a AW109.
“SinoJet demonstrates genuinely local investment, one hundred percent focus in Asia and a cultural heritage that is a perfect fit for the region,” said Morgan.
Sino Jet say that Moran will look at taking the company into new market segments, as well as continuing to expand upon service given to current clients.
“SinoJet is fortunate to gain a CEO with Keith’s demonstrated performance in the corporate management domain,” said Lau. “Especially given his experience as a corporate aircraft captain underlying his extensive experience as a successful business leader.”
