Signature acquires three Caribbean FBOs

Signature Flight Support acquires three new Caribbean facilities from FBO 2000.
Signature Flight Support has acquired the assets of FBO 2000, the owner of the only full-service fixed-base operator at V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua.
As part of the acquisition, Signature will also add FBOs at R. Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts and Vance W. Amory International Airport in Nevis to its portfolio.

Signature Antigua will offer customers an executive terminal, lounge, offices and two hangars, while Signature Nevis and St. Kitts offer passenger handling and coordination services.
These three new locations join Signature’s growing Caribbean network of FBOs including San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. Maarten.In addition, Signature recently announced a licensing agreement with Blue Heron Aviation in the Turks and Caicos Islands, which is currently under construction and is expected to open in the autumn of 2014.

The acquisition of these FBOs increases Signature’s global network to over 120 locations.
