Savannah earns maintenance approval from Brazil
Gulfstream service centre is now authorized to make repairs, alterations and maintenance of aircraft registered in Brazil
The Gulfstream Aerospace service center in Savannah recently earned an approved maintenance organisation
designation from Brazil.
With this authorisation, aircraft registered
under Brazil’s
National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) can undergo maintenance, repairs,
alterations and inspections at the Gulfstream Savannah Service Centre.
Gulfstream Savannah joins the West Palm Beach and Dallas
service centres as ANAC-authorised facilities.
“Brazil is one of the
fastest-growing countries for Gulfstream sales, so having service centers that
can handle the maintenance needs of those operators is crucial,” said Mark
Burns, president, Gulfstream Product Support. “Brazilian operators can
expect the highest level of service and technical expertise available for their
aircraft.”
The aircraft covered by Gulfstream Savannah’s Brazilian certificate include the
G550, G500, G450, G350, G200, G100, GV and GIV.
