Satcom Direct expands its entertainment offerings with SD Live

NBAA Orlando, FL / November 1, 2016 – Satcom Direct has launched SD LIVE: a new platform for streaming live television in flight worldwide.

With SD LIVE, passengers now can stream live television via their own personal electronic devices without adding additional hardware, STCs or antennas.

Using the highest speed broadband and ATG services available for business aviation, SD LIVE delivers both standard- and high-definition real-time television programming to passengers. News, financial programs and various live sporting events are available 24/7, wherever the aircraft is flying.

Multiple devices may be used simultaneously to stream live TV, and no equipment installation is required. SD LIVE operates on the ground and in the air for those with broadband network coverage. A mobile app is available for the iOS operating system.
