RSS Enterprises acquire Ocean Sky companies
RSS Enterprises have acquired the Ocean Sky Jet Centre and its subsidiary companies Ocean Sky Engineering, Ocean Aircraft Interiors and Ocean Sky Jet Centre (Prestwick).
RSS Enterprises have acquired some of the old Ocean Sky companies and are taking steps to relaunch the company under the new name. First, they are renaming the Ocean Sky Jet Centre as the RSS Jet Centre.
RSS Enterprises have appointed Eddie Allison as group managing director. Allison has 34 years experience and since 2006, was managing director of Ocean Sky Jet Centre (Prestwick).
The new company is still committed to building the FBO at London Luton Airport, but will be calling it the RSS Jet Centre. Over the coming months, a number of the other old Ocean Sky companies will be rebranded and relaunched.
