Robert Fugard is a partner in the Banking department and focusses on asset finance and Islamic finance work. He has extensive experience in a broad range of asset finance, structured finance and Islamic finance work, with particular emphasis on the aviation and shipping sectors. Robert advises operators, lessors and banks on asset and portfolio acquisition, financing and disposal, including tax-based financings, export credit-supported financings and securitisation.
