Jet has inaugurated its VIP terminal in Doha
in a VIP and media event on 11 March 2012. The inauguration was under the
patronage of H E Abdul Aziz bin Mohamed Al Noaimi, chairman of Qatar Civil
Aviation Authority.

The
event was attended by Ghanim bin Saad Al Saad, the founder of Ghanim bin Saad
Al Saad & Sons Group Holding (GSSG), Ibrahim Fakhroo, group chief executive,
GSSG Holdings, Captain Hassan Al-Mousawi, chief executive, Rizon Jet, officials
from both companies and VIP guests.

Present
in the event as well was Khader Mattar, Bombardier, regional vice-president, sales, Middle
East, India and Africa.

Captain
Al-Mousawi said, “Rizon Jet offers flyers and private jets owners something
unique and tailored to their individual needs and this can be seen across our
service offering. We are extremely proud of this terminal and the facilities it
extends to our clients and are pleased to have the opportunity to welcome you here.
We will maintain our commitment to seven-star service; whether that means
providing unparalleled world class executive passenger handling facilities and
services, or managing and maintaining business jets to standards that exceed
industry norms. Our facilities in Doha and
Biggin Hill, London enable us to extend this
level of service to clients in Europe and the Middle East.”

Ibrahim
Fakhroo said, “Aviation plays a key role
in the development of global economy, and private aviation is no longer a luxury;
it is considered now a requirement and complements the modern business
environment.  Rizon Jet is an
important member of GSSG and a key component of our comprehensive offering to
the Qatari market”.

Khader
Mattar, regional vice-president, sales, Middle East,
India And Africa  Bombardier Business Aircraft  commented on the occasion : “Over the years we’ve
witnessed the rapid growth of business aviation in this region, and
organizations such as Rizon Jet, with the opening of this FBO today, are
further contributing to its expansion”.

Rizon
Jet is expanding operations and has acquired many international FBO licences to
build and operate private terminals. The
company will invest in private aviation from ground support to catering and
maintenance and other technical services complementary to the private aviation
business.

Rizon
Jet has extended the range of aircraft services offered and has secured
approvals for the management and maintenance of a number of new aircraft
models. Rizon Jet’s MROs in Doha and Biggin Hill hold approvals from Qatar CAA
and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to carry out maintenance on
various business jet aircraft. Rizon Jet also holds approvals from Aruba,
Bermuda, and Cayman Islands for several
aircraft types including the Bombardier Global series, Challenger Series,
Hawker 125 XP series, as well as the Beech 390 Premier 1/1A and Cessna 560
Citation series. The company also plans to secure approvals for the Airbus
A319CJ aircraft in early 2013.
