Pula Aviation Services Limited (PASL) is boosting its maintenance  offering after the acquisition of UK-based provider JMI-Jet Maintenance International Limited (JMI).

An independent maintenance, research and overhaul (MRO) provider, JMI offers base maintenance, line support and AOG services to aircraft owners and operators across the UK and Europe.

The company, which was founded in 2018 and is based at London Oxford Airport specialises in engine and airframe maintenance, structural repairs, avionics upgrades, interior modifications and aircraft painting support.

Pula Aviation Services delivers services supporting aircraft ownership, management, operations and special missions. Its CEO Steve Page said the acquisition fitted with the group’s strategy of expanding capabilities across the aviation support services.

“JMI complements our existing aircraft maintenance offering at ASG [Aircraft Servicing Guernsey], our parts supply business Airpart, and our special missions aircraft operations,” said Page. “It also broadens our maintenance approvals, particularly across the Textron jet series and Dassault Falcon aircraft, unlocking further opportunities for growth across the group.”

JMI founder Ed Griffith will continue to lead the business as MD. Joining PASL marks a new chapter for JMI, he said. “With the backing of a well-established aviation group, we gain access to greater resources, investment, and operational expertise,” said Griffith. “This partnership strengthens our ability to grow, expand our service offering, and continue delivering the exceptional maintenance support our clients rely on.”

Pula serves clients across business, general, and commercial Aviation.
