PlaneParts Programme for G280 and G650 customers
Maintenance programme will help operators manage replacement parts cost
Gulfstream Aerospace announced that it will offer its PlaneParts cost-per-hour maintenance programme to customers of Gulfstream’s newest aircraft, the G650 and the G280.
PlaneParts provides Gulfstream operators with replacement components for parts removed due to failure, life limit or wear in exchange for monthly payments based on the aircraft’s model and age.
“Since we launched PlaneParts in October 2010, 100 Gulfstream customers have signed up,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream Product Support. “This program provides them with the peace of mind that comes with predictable maintenance costs. We want to
offer this high level of service to G650 and G280 operators.”
