Albuquerque, NM – Phillips 66 Aviation is proud to honour Cutter Aviation for 90 years of providing sterling service to the aviation industry. Cutter Aviation is the oldest family-owned and operated fixed base operator (FBO) in America, and is also the oldest Phillips 66 Aviation branded FBO in the network of 800-plus.
Cutter Aviation was founded by William P. Cutter in 1928 in Albuquerque. The business was built on three key principles – tradition, respect and integrity – which remain the backbone of the company. The company has a rich history and has contributed to many of the milestones of the aviation industry.

These locations provide arrival and departure facilities for private and business aviation travellers.
