Philippe’s advice
“The closing of a deal is a very exciting and basically simple thing where all the elements come together at a specific point in time to run like a Swiss clock work. It is the way to get there that is the challenge. Good and professional representation of the parties to a transaction saves a lot of headache, time and money. A distressed deal and enforcement is probably not so exciting anymore, but you are better off and more relaxed if someone has properly taken care of and insisted on all relevant bits and pieces prior to closing.”
