On Air Dining wins prestigious luxury travel award for second year in a row

London, UK – 15 January 2019: On Air Dining, an executive in-flight culinary specialist and concierge, has been recognised by Luxury Travel Guide (LTG) for the second year in a row for its best in class cuisine and culinary innovation, being named the Specialist Caterer of the Year (Europe) in its prestigious Food & Drink publication.

The publication released this week, recognises and celebrates excellence across all sectors of the hospitality industry.

In an effort to continually elevate the standard of in-flight catering, the decision was made to change categories this year and compete against Europe’s elite caterers.

The judging and announcement of the awards took place in September following a period of collating nominations from a combination of LTG subscribers, a research team, past clients and partners from the hospitality industry all around the world who were competing for a place on the shortlist.

Giving the reasons for the judges awarding the winner’s trophy to On Air, The Luxury Travel Guide said, “On Air Dining has been selected as a 2018/19 winner in the LTG Food & Drink Awards. The Specialist Caterers of the Year award was one of the most competitive European categories however the company impressed the judges with their ongoing commitment to innovation in the industry.
