Nicolas von Mende appointed chief executive officer at Atlas Air Service

Atlas Air Service has
announced the appointment of Dr Nicolas von Mende as chief executive officer
and head of sales, he has been member of the management board since 2009 and
started his new responsibilities at the beginning of July 2011.

Mike Laux and Uwe Lindemann
have left the management board but they will provide further advisory support
to the new sales team as well as to the maintenance section.

Thomas Knauer has been
appointed accountable manager and is now responsible for all maintenance
functions at the service centres in Bremen,
Ganderkesee, Paderborn and Stuttgart.
