New role for Poggi at ExecuJet

Ettore Poggi
ExecuJet has appointed Ettore Poggi as Group FBO director to oversee the development of its growing FBO business.
Poggi, currently vice-president and Maintenance Director of ExecuJet Africa, will relocate to Dubai and begin his new role on 1 November.
He will report to Mike Berry, president of Aviation Services and vice-president, ExecuJet Middle East.
Berry said: “We created this new role to address the growth of our FBO business. In the recruitment search, Ettore stood out as having the required depth of knowledge and understanding of ExecuJet’s service culture and is entirely dedicated to ensuring we offer unparalleled customer service across all of our FBOs.”
Poggi has been with ExecuJet since 2003, starting off as managing director, ExecuJet South Africa, and taking up the roles of vice-president and director of Maintenance, ExecuJet Africa, in August 2014. Following Poggi’s relocation to Dubai, Vince Goncalves, currently the general manager Maintenance for ExecuJet South Africa, has been promoted to maintenance director of ExecuJet Africa.
Graeme Duckworth has been appointed vice-president, ExecuJet Africa. He will remain president MRO Services.
