The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has re-elected Charlie Precourt and Richard Walsh to its board of directors.

Precourt is currently vice chairman of the board of directors for the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and chair of the Safety Committee for the Citation Jet Pilots Association. He is a member of the Astronaut Hall of Fame and held management positions in NASA including deputy programme manager for the International Space Station and chief of the Astronaut Corps.

He is set to serve for a one-year term as director, while Walsh’s re-election is for a three-year term.

Walsh, who is vice president of Aviation for American Express, is past chairman of the NBAA Safety Committee and past vice president of Global Aviation and Travel Security Services for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Lee A. Archer Jr. Red Tail Youth Flying Program which gives underrepresented young people opportunities to get into aviation and other STEM careers.

The vote took place at NBAA-BACE 2022 in Florida, where flyExclusive announced its purchase agreement with Textron Aviation for 14 Cessna Citation business jets.
