Moove is launching a large-scale trial to optimise aircraft occupancy by offering scheduled empty sectors flights to the commercial market.

Moove co-founder and CEO Arthur Ingles said: “With our centralised booking platform, we provide actionable solutions to operators to find suitable economic solutions for those very-hard-to-sell legs. We are very thankful to iJet & EuroAirlines joining forces with us and welcome any operator that wants to reduce its CO2 footprint on a per passenger basis”.

Working in partnership with iJet and Euroairlines, Moove is making seats available on platforms such as Google Flights or Skyscanner. The trial aims to bring corporate flights to a large audience, whilst benefiting the industry’s environmental footprint.

Euroairlines Group CEO, Antonio López-Lázaro said: “The Euroairlines Group is pleased to partner with two innovative companies and distribute new products across all channels. For OTAs, it will be a very attractive new offering for executive travellers. Once again, we are proving that we are breaking barriers in airline distribution”.

iJet chief commercial officer Diego Moser added: “We are glad to offer our empty capacity to a new clientele looking for a more premium experience. They will discover that corporate jet aircraft are great productivity tools and this test aims to optimise our operations… and be a prelude to the future of air mobility”.
