Charter company Monarch Air Group has launched new software to provide instant quotes for private jet trips with no membership or upfront cost required.

The software, available as an app or online, allows end-users to select charters available in real time and choose aircraft by price, safety ratings, amenities, age of aircraft and estimated flight times.

Customers select whether the trip is one way or round trip, the number of passengers, what location the plane is leaving from and where it’s going to and on what date and time.

Monarch then provides customers with a private jet charter broker to act as a single point of contact for the flight to oversee management and service requests.

“We saw a huge opportunity to grow our user experience,” said David Gitman, president, Monarch Air Group. “With our new quoting technology, we give all customers transparent access to all the jet information they’ve been waiting for. Our do-it-all and more technology outperforms its competitors on core features and is beyond certain to impress the everyday consumer.”

The new software follows on from Monarch’s decision to accept Bitcoin as payment in 2017 to help “enhance and streamline the booking process”.

Last week, the Florida-based charter firm announced its Carbon Offset Program alongside its goal of reaching carbon neutrality by 2025.
