Marco Mantovani appointed head of customer support
Mantovani is appointed as head of customer support and services at the Airbus Cororate Jet Centre
The Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC) has announced the recent
appointment of Marco Mantovani as head of customer support and services.
Mantovani will
oversee technical support, warranty, spares, repair services, upgrades,
refurbishment, on site assistance, technical publication updates, training and programme
management for working parties.
Mantovani has been
part of the ACJC team since May 2011 as customer support director. After
achieving an aerospace engineer degree from “Politecnico di Milano” in Italy,
Mantovani gained widespread experience in airline operations and maintenance.
He also has an airworthiness background and good knowledge of what an Airbus
customer needs.
