Milestone Aviation Group prices senior unsecured notes

Milestone Aviation Group has priced it $250 million unsecured five year bonds.

The notes will bear interest at a rate of 8.625% per year, payable June 15 and December 15, commencing June 15, 2013, and will mature on December 15, 2017.

Milestone will use the cash to buy new helicopters and refinance ones it already owns.

The notes are senior unsecured obligations of Milestone.
