The Milestone Aviation Group announces private offering of senior unsecured notes
Milestone Aviation Group has offered $250 million of senior unsecured notes, proceeds the company intends to use to purchase aircraft and to refinance previously purchased aircraft.
The Milestone Aviation Group Limited has announced that it intends to offer five year senior notes worth $250 million.
Milestone will use the cash to finance the purchase of aircraft and to refinance previously purchased helicopters.
Any spare cash will be used for general corporate purposes.
