The company has since early 2012 to February 2013 has delivered eight Airbus Corporate Jets and Boeing Business Jets to Chineses and other Asian customers.

“The Asian and especially the Chinese VIP aircraft market are significantly increasing every year. We are very proud that several customers from this region set their trust in our abilities. Thanks to our careful strategy and the precisely controlled build-up of capacities and capabilities we have been able to handle the high workload of the last year without any compromise in quality or adherence to schedules. Our current completion projects give us a very good capacity utilization until end of 2014 and we have some promising talks with potential customers also beyond this date,” said Walter Heerdt, senior vice president Marketing & Sales at Lufthansa Technik.

Heerdt continued “We are also pleased about the business perspective for our VIP-maintenance services which are an essential part of our strategy. Our tailor-made products offer highly individualized technical solutions for our VIP customers over the complete life-cycle of their aircraft.”
