Landmark Aviation acquires TWC Aviation

Landmark Aviation has acquired TWC Aviation through its charter and aircraft management subsidiary.
TWC Aviation is a private jet charter and aircraft management company with a fleet of over 50 business aircraft. The companies will continue to operate under their respective brand names as they begin the integration process.

TWC Aviation has 25 aircraft bases across the US with offices in San Jose, Los Angeles, Scottsdale and New York.
With the addition of the TWC Aviation managed fleet, the combined aircraft fleet will be one of the largest globally.

Ben Murray, president of aircraft management and charter at Landmark Aviation, says: “When coupled with our current aircraft offering, this expansion of our fleet will produce time and cost savings and increase charter options for all of our customers.”

Landmark Aviation is headquartered in Houston, Texas and operates a network of FBOs in the US, Canada and Western Europe.
