What challenges do you see in your new role at ACJC?
“ACJC delivered this summer its 27th brand new Airbus Corporate Jet cabin, with a level of innovation and comfort never achieved before. Focusing on Airbus products, ACJC became – over the past few years – the most experienced cabin completion centre in the world.
“We continue our efforts reaching excellence in all we do. That means that nothing is established. We need continuously to question how to go on developing new products, on innovating in all fields from the product to the way we manage the company, on inventing new solutions to our customers. I will work with all the ACJC teams to achieve this level of excellence.”
What do you believe you bring to your new role?
“I have the advantage to perfectly know the company and its way of working. We have already achieved so many successes. I will definitely continue and develop the running actions.
“I always put the customer at the centre of the company. All our actions and all our efforts must be focused to bring value to our customers.”
What advice would you give to someone starting out in aviation?
“Whatever you do in aviation, do it with passion!”
“Every single individual working in that business has something in common with aviation: a history, a dream …I work every day with those people. They sustain my energy to develop new products, new concepts and innovative ideas. I hope that I do the same for them.”
