Omaha, Neb., Oct.1, 2018 – Jet Linx, a private aviation company headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, with 17 locally-operated Base locations nationwide, today announces the debut of its newly reimagined Houston Base at Hobby Airport. Jet Linx Houston now encompasses 58,000 square feet of space, a 77 percent increase from the Base’s initial size, which includes a well-appointed private lounge, conference room and aircraft hangar. The launch of the new, member-only Jet Linx Houston terminal follows the April 2018 ‘wet microburst’ at Hobby Airport, which produced winds of over 80 miles per hour according to the National Weather Service and caused damage to the hangar.

Following the microburst, Jet Linx Houston continued its operations without delay or interruption.

“We now have a new location with a bigger private terminal, bigger hangar and better location to serve our clients,” said Jamie Walker, President and CEO of Jet Linx. “The secret to our success is the resilience of our dedicated local team and we will continue our unwavering commitment to delivering the most personalised private aviation experience.”

“Jet Linx Houston is stronger than ever, with an unfaltering dedication to client satisfaction,” said Lance Welch, Base President of Jet Linx Houston. “We took this opportunity to not only rebuild, but also expand our private terminal, to elevate the experience even further for our discerning members.”
