Jet Edge International has added five ultra-long-range business jets to its fleet during the past six months.
The addition of four Gulfstream G550 aircraft and a Bombardier Global XRS raises the company’s domestic ultra-long-range fleet to 12. All five fleet additions arrived with new interiors and the latest and most technologically advanced cabin WiFi systems. Jet Edge now manages 60 large-cabin aircraft within the US.
Bill Papariella, CEO of Jet Edge, said: “From an industry perspective, Jet Edge is incredibly proud of the continued success that we’ve experienced in our segment.
“Even more importantly, however, it’s how we’ve managed that growth that matters most to our private jet charter and aircraft management clients. Everything that we do as a company is aimed at serving their needs. At the same time we also want to provide our charter customers more aircraft options within different territories of the US and abroad, which is what each of these new aircraft additions has been all about.”
Over the last six years, Jet Edge has focused on managing and operating primarily Gulfstream aircraft in order to optimise fixed costs to the owners and be a one-stop shop for its charter customers.
Over the past two years, the company’s aircraft offerings have expanded to other business aircraft, including the Bombardier Global series, Dassault Falcon Jet 2000/900 series, and Embraer Legacy 600/650 series.
