Jet Aviation adds 22 aircraft to its US managed and charter fleet

Jet Aviation is marking 40 years of business aviation services.

General Dynamics subsidiary Jet Aviation has added 22 aircraft to its US aircraft management and charter fleet, with 10 available for charter, the company has revealed at the NBAA-BACE event in Las Vegas.

The fleet additions boost Jet Aviation’s charter offerings – spanning mid-size to large cabin, long-range and ultra-long range business jets – under the company’s Part 91, Part 125 and Part 135 certificates.

David Dalpiaz, vice president flight services in the Americas welcomed growth in Jet Aviation’s managed fleet and charter offerings. “We are committed to providing our customers with fully tailored, comprehensive management solutions that meet their specific needs,” he said.

“The ongoing growth of our fleet is a testament to the trust our customers are placing in us, and we are honoured to be their partner of choice. As a fully integrated business aviation partner, we offer services and solutions that touch every stage of aircraft ownership and charter, and we are committed to ensuring an effortless experience.”

Jet Aviation’s aircraft management provides a range of solutions and personalised programmes. Services include: fuelling, flight planning, maintenance management, operational support, crew recruitment and charter partnership.

The company’s charter fleet is said to provide a global fleet of aircraft available for on-demand requests. “With each new addition to our Part 135 certificate, we are strengthening our ability to deliver our charter customers an expansive scope of choices to meet their needs,” said Leslie Cheshier, vice president of Owner and Charter Services.

“From mid-size to ultra-long-range, we are pleased to introduce new offerings that service our customers wherever and whenever they need us. Alongside our existing fleet, these new additions ensure that we continue to offer our customers choices that fit their travel needs.”

Jet Aviation also announced its career portal, Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace, has implemented some 45 improvements since launch in 2023. Jet The enhancements include face and touch ID for mobile iOS app users, and enhanced user experience across candidate registration, job process flow, document sections and notifications.

Meanwhile, Jet Aviation is marking 40 years of jet aviation flight services offered via its US aircraft management and charter divisions.

“From our beginning in 1985 to our growth and evolution into the Jet Aviation aircraft services we know today, we are proud of the legacy we’ve built and the tenure of our JAFS [Jet Aviation Flight Services] team,” said Dalpiaz.
