Jet Aviation Saudi Arabia has launched an international newspaper direct service at its facilities in Jeddah and Riyadh to provide same-day printed versions of international newspapers.

Customers at the Jeddah and Riyadh facilities can now request a printed version of the same-day newspaper of their choice to be distributed on the aircraft prior to departure. Based on flight destination, Jet Aviation will also use the service to select an assortment of newspaper titles to be printed and offered to passengers.

The new service provides scaled reproductions of original editions of thousands of newspapers and magazines from more than 100 countries, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (Germany), Corriere Della Sera (Italy), Kathimerini (Greece), Mainichi Shimbun (Japan), and Tages Anzeiger (Switzerland).

“We are committed to increasing our service offerings and capabilities to serve our customers in the region,” said Hardy Bütschi, vice president & general manager of Jet Aviation Saudi Arabia. “Our customers want to be informed about the latest news on their flights and our new newspaper service has the added advantage of offering the news in their native language.”
