Jamie Cairns joins Alison Price on Air as head chef
Executive jet in-flight experience provider Alison Price On Air has appointed Jamie Cairns to the role of Head Chef with immediate effect.
Cairns will head a seven-strong team at Alison Price On Air with responsibility for menu design, staffing and the financial management of the kitchen. A qualified Chef for over 23 years, Jamie most recently served as Executive Chef, at St Pauls Cathedral where he was responsible for successfully running the fine dining restaurants and events at the venue.
