Jet Aviation Basel recently completed the refurbishment of its maintenance customer lounge, updating and expanding it to more than twice its original size.
The newly refurbished lounge now offers a fully equipped meeting room, kitchen, business center, reception area and dedicated customer service coordinator.
“This entire project was initiated and completed to meet the needs of our maintenance customers and show them gratitude for their patronage,” said Johannes Turzer, vice president and general manager of the Maintenance Center at Jet Aviation Basel. “We strive to deliver a premium customer experience by focusing on customer requirements and anticipating their needs. Our newly refurbished lounge is designed to maximize customer comfort to ensure their stay with us is a pleasant one.”
