An undisclosed client has signed a contract for the completion of the interior of a Boeing Business Jet. The aircraft will be delivered ‘green’ to Basel completion centre in the first quarter of 2014.

“The customer has selected the Basel Completions Center based on the scope of our in-house capabilities and the depth of our skills and experience in this distinguished market,” said Ruedi Kraft, vice president, Market Development & Completions Sales, Jet Aviation Basel. “We are very excited about the prospect of transforming this empty aircraft into a fully functional, certifiable and unique VIP aircraft interior.”

“We pride ourselves in being inventive, yet practical,” added Elisabeth Harvey, manager of the Interior Design Studio. “By working in close collaboration with our engineering, production and purchasing teams, we understand specific opportunities and constraints affecting the design of the aircraft interior, which helps us outfit green aircraft with innovative design, state-of-the-art technology and uncompromising luxury — fully tailored to the precise wishes of the owner.”
