Jet Aviation Basel appointed as service centre for Embraer
Jet Aviation’s Basel facility has been appointed by Embraer as an authorised service centre for Legacy 600 and 650 business jets.
Following a signing ceremony held at EBACE in Geneva, Jet Aviation Basel is now a fully authorised Embraer service centre. The facility is now authorised to provide line and base maintenance to Embraer Legacy 600 and 650 aircraft.
”We can now provide any kind of maintenance, exterior painting and IFE upgrades, as well as warranty & AOG support to the growing Embraer customer base in EMEA,” says Johannes Turzer, vice president and general manager of the Maintenance Center at Jet Aviation Basel.
Turzer continued “We are very pleased to join Embraer’s global network of authorised service centres and look forward to a long and productive working partnership with Embraer.”
Embraer Executive Jets vice president, Customer Support & Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Pedro Paiva, said “While expanding our global footprint and services, we seek partners with similar business philosophies. Like Embraer, Jet Aviation is customer-focused and committed to excellence.”
Jet Aviation has three other Embraer authorised service centres, one in Boston, one in St Louis and one in Teterboro.
