Industry on the move: The Air Law Firm and TRAXXALL make appointments

The Air Law Firm has made two additions, Emilio Huelga and Helen Stone-Ward join the company’s commercial transactions team.

Huelga is a Venezuelan lawyer with 10 years’ experience in civil law in various Latin American jurisdictions. In Venezuela, he was primarily involved in commercial, tax and administrative law and litigation. He also spent some time as a District Judge. Huelga has experience in handling and supporting aircraft purchase and sale transactions for corporate owners and commercial airlines. He is also currently undergoing the admission process to the Law Society of England and Wales.
Stone-Ward started her aviation career as in-house counsel in aircraft charter at Chapman Freeborn. She was the point of contact for brokers, clients and board members. She has experience of dealing with airlines, corporate clients, private clients and various militaries. She also has experience of commercial, intellectual property and shipping transactions. Also Stone-Ward’s experience in the legal intricacies of charter contracts (cargo, commercial and VIP) is unique, said The Air Law Firm.
TRAXALL create new role
Elsewhere in Europe, aviation intelligence provider, TRAXXALL has appointed industry veteran, Ralph Henschen to a newly created role, Regional Sales Director, Europe. Reporting to the president, Henschen’s mandate is to work with aircraft operators within Europe to increase their operational efficiencies.
